Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 10 days after delivery. Please see following information for the Return Policy. A restocking fee of 10% applies to all returns. Please email help@sublimecosmetic for a RMA label or contact us using our  Contact Help form here. Please include your name & order number.

Your Return Request will be processed within 24 hours. Once we receive your return back at our office, a refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refund will be posted back to your original form of payment.

Return Policy:

​Please note the following qualifications for return to be accepted.

  • Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging & condition.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • The seal is not broken.

  • The item is not used.

  • The item is in the same condition as shipped to you.

  • The return shipping will be paid by buyer.

  • Used items will be refused.

Please allow 24 hours for your return request to be processed. Once processed, return authorization and instructions will be sent to your provided email address.
